Additionally, she has led community service efforts through her school’s Caribbean Student Association and CARE Club, coordinating relief drives and care packages for children both locally and abroad.

Alec Ingold’s leadership extends far beyond the “C” stitched to his jersey when the NFL fullback steps onto the gridiron. Ingold’s personal journey as an adopted child has shaped his passion for serving and advocating for youth in the child welfare system. A three-time Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year nominee, including twice with the Miami Dolphins, Ingold has become a powerful voice for mentorship, education, and opportunity. In 2022, he founded the Ingold Family Foundation to provide underserved youth with impactful learning experiences focused on leadership, financial literacy, and personal development. Through his foundation, Ingold has hosted youth football camps, launched “Money Mini Camps” to teach financial literacy, and introduced curriculum from his book The 7 Crucibles to thousands of students, including more than 17,000 student-athletes in Broward County Public Schools. Velasco’s commitment to strengthening communities extends to his service as a Lifetime Honorary Board Member of the South Florida Chapter of the March of Dimes, where he has helped support families and advocate for healthier pregnancies and babies.
