
Alyssa Greenspan
As chief executive officer and president of Community Capital Management, Alyssa provides strategic leadership and oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations, including risk management, compliance, and client service. A recognized authority in impact industry, Alyssa is a frequent speaker on the subject and has been instrumental in developing advanced impact metrics and customized reporting solutions at CCM. She works closely with clients to integrate their impact and investment goals, ensuring alignment and measurable results. As CEO, she believes in using her platform and resources to support initiatives that foster economic empowerment, education, affordable housing, and sustainability. Whether through impact investing, nonprofit board service, or volunteer work, she is committed to making a tangible difference in people’s lives. At CCM, she integrates purpose into everything the firm does, ensuring its investments create lasting societal benefits. But her commitment doesn’t stop there—she also dedicates her time to community organizations, lending her expertise to initiatives that strengthen neighborhoods and provide opportunities for underserved populations. From mentoring young students and advocating for equitable housing to supporting small businesses and championing financial literacy, her goal is always to uplift others. Alyssa joined CCM in 2003 as a portfolio manager, was promoted to chief operating officer in 2009, and became president in 2015. Alyssa has served two terms on the board of directors of U.S. SIF — The Forum for Sustainable and Responsible Investment, where she held roles as Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee. She is also a past director of Impact Shares, which collaborates with nonprofit partners to create socially conscious ETFs. Dedicated to community service, Alyssa is actively involved with Women United of the United Way of Broward County, which empowers and educates women of all ages, and Junior Achievement’s Circle of Wise Women. She actively volunteers with various nonprofit organizations in South Florida and encourages all CCM employees to give back to their communities through volunteering and service. Alyssa received her B.S.M. in Finance from Tulane University and an M.B.A. from the University of Miami. She is a CFA charterholder. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her husband Marc, and their three children, Rose, Chaya, and Aden. They enjoy traveling together, exploring the outdoors, and cheering each other on in their various sports activities.
